Call for Abstracts
The Organizing Committee would like to encourage you to submit your papers and/or posters abstracts for The 12th Baltic States Triennial Conservators’ Meeting Research. Dilemmas. Solutions.
Guidelines for Abstracts
The abstracts should be written in English, the official language of the event.
A suggested structure for abstracts:
- The title of the paper or poster:
- Author’s name(s), academic degree, e-mail address
- The name and postal address of the institution
- Abstract text
The paper abstract text is limited to 450 words and 2–3 pictures.
The poster abstract text is limited to 350 words and 2–3 pictures.
Each author can submit several contributions but only one as a paper which will be introduced as oral presentation.
Authors should submit the electronic version (MS Word) of their abstracts by 15th of April, 2019 to:
The file name must include words “PaperAbstract“ or “PosterAbstract“ and author’s full name.
Acceptance/rejection of papers and posters abstracts will be announced by 1st of June, 2019.
Author guidelines
The papers will be presented as oral presentations.
The poster presentations will be posted on panels for display in the Poster Area.
The posters should be A0 size (1189 x 841 mm), printed on a paper footing and must be with poster hanger rails for top and bottom.
